Press, Trade & Sales Events

The Institute of Culinary Education in New York runs the most successful private cooking event program in the nation.

ICE is a nationally recognized culinary destination for aspiring chefs, current food and hospitality professionals, and industry experts. Our cutting-edge facilities in downtown New York City, opened in spring of 2015, and Los Angeles, opened in 2018, provide striking and aspirational venues for events ranging from product launches and press conferences to live culinary demonstrations and cooking competitions.

For food trade events or functions that would benefit from a culinary setting, ICE's New York or Los Angeles facilities are two of the nation’s most relevant and attractive spaces. Our New York location in Brookfield Place — a class A facility — places us in exceptional good company, as neighbors to such blue chip companies as American Express and Time Publishing, as well as retailers Ferragamo, Hermes, Tory Burch and more. Our Los Angeles location is at the heart of the vibrant cultural, academic and — of course — culinary scene of Los Angeles.
