Growing up in Connecticut, Sarah Magoon learned her love of desserts from her mother. After graduating from ICE, she took a position in South Florida, where she worked at Las Olas, then Aventura. Now she is the Executive Pastry Chef at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Overseeing the pastry kitchens for a 500-room hotel, she's kept busy every day producing a variety of different desserts and treats.
