In addition to ICE’s dynamic roster of students pursuing a professional future in food and hospitality, we’re also the proud home of one of the nation’s largest and most diverse centers for hands-on recreational cooking classes and special events. Each year, more than 25,000 cooks tie on an apron in our classrooms, while an additional 20,000 guests join us for cooking events hosted by food trade organizations, New York City’s leading corporations and more.
