Julia Heyer graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and has extensive expertise in optimizing and developing restaurants. As the founder of Heyer Performance, she has worked with Modern Mexican Restaurant Group, SushiSamba and Alain Ducasse at the Essex House. Over time, Heyer has been involved in and managed more than 15 restaurant developments, openings and re-positionings with overall budget responsibilities exceeding $28 million.
