ICE gave me the skills and boosted my confidence so I could follow my dream of becoming a chef. The instructors inspired and reminded me that when you’re doing what you love, life is good.
After graduating from ICE, Jennifer Iserloh worked in restaurants and learned about recipe development from authors such as Tyler Florence.
