Chef Eric has held three Michelin stars since 2005 and won four James Beard Awards, including Best Chef: New York City in 1998, Outstanding Chef in 2003, and a Who's Who of Food & Beverage in America in 2004. He hosted three seasons of "Avec Eric" on PBS and has four other books.
