Meet Edouardo Jordan

Seattle Chef and Restaurateur

Edouardo Jordan is the chef and owner behind Salare, JuneBaby and Lucinda Grain Bar in Seattle. He studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, apprenticed with the butcher at The French Laundry and salumists in Parma, Italy, and made a name for himself at Seattle's Sitka & Spruce and Bar Sajor as sous chef and chef de cuisine, respectively. Edouardo won the 2018 James Beard Awards for Best Chef: Northwest and Best New Restaurant for JuneBaby.
