Jason Hall is the executive chef at Legasea Seafood Brasserie in the Moxy Times Square hotel. After graduating from the CIA, Jason gained experience at Craft Restaurant, Anthos, Mia Dona, Eos and Gotham Bar and Grill under chefs Tom Colicchio, Michael Psilakis and Alfred Portale. As chef de cuisine at Gotham, Jason was a StarChefs Rising Star in 2010 and the restaurant earned a fifth three-star review from The New York Times in 2011.

Jason became the executive chef of John Delucie’s Crown Group Hospitality, with which he opened The Lion, Crown, Bill’s Food & Drink, and The Red House in London. In 2014, he opened The Fourth and Botequim in the Hyatt Union Square with One Five Hospitality and Hersha Hospitality, and he developed a first-class menu for Singapore Airlines and the Vegan for Lunch line of food for Juice Generation. Jason is working on a dining concept for the Moxy East Village and will share about directing a major hotel's culinary program.
