Elite Chef Series: Vineet Bhatia

Chef Vineet is known for evolving Indian cuisine in London and has expanded to 11 restaurants around the world, including his flagship in Harrod's, Kama by Vineet. His concepts span casual to fine dining, from Switzerland to Saudi Arabia, plus consulting on luxury cruise and airline dining. He was the first Indian chef to earn a Michelin star at Zaika in London’s Chelsea neighborhood in 2001, has seven restaurants in the Middle East, served first class on British Airways for a decade and has hosted meals on Mount Everest and in Antarctica. Chef Vineet's been a judge on Netflix's "The Final Table" and "Master Chef India" and appeared on many other food shows.
