Meet Farmer Lee Jones of The Chef's Garden, where the world's top chefs source produce, and Jamie Simpson, the executive chef of the farm's Culinary Vegetable Institute, which hosts visiting chefs for research and development. The pair will introduce their new book, the importance of the relationship between growers and chefs, and their work with more than 500 plants in Ohio.
