
Intensive Sommelier Training
The Institute of Culinary Education now offers Intensive Sommelier Training led by Scott Carney, MS, ICC's former dean of wine studies.
It is the only program in the country approved by the Court of Master Sommeliers and is taught exclusively by Master Sommeliers. The curriculum covers wine styles and winemaking, tasting and professional service techniques, and an engaging tour of the world's great wine-growing regions. Immerse yourself in geography, geology and history while tasting approximately 300 wines.
