Where else can you find bankers donning aprons, attorneys tasting wine and creative directors rolling out dough? It's an ICE cooking party!
At ICE's unique hands-on lunch or dinner events, cooking is the entertainment.
Your party will be divided into groups, each cooking a different part of the menu that you’ve selected. You will learn specific techniques and kitchen "tricks" that will get you thinking like a chef. Our chef-instructors are experienced professionals and have a comprehensive knowledge of virtually all cuisines, along with the experience to make cooking fun and entertaining. As one of the leading culinary educators in America, our school's atmosphere is geared toward a fun learning experience. These events are ideal for corporate team building and entertaining, as well as personal celebrations including birthdays, bridal showers or even just a dinner with special friends.
Cooking events can be held for brunch, lunch or dinner, and are typically 3 ½ hours; 30-45 minute reception, 1 hour hands-on cooking, and then a sit-down, full service meal where you can enjoy what you’ve created! All events are held in private spaces, and custom menus are available upon request.
An open bar offers wine and beer throughout your event. Our house wines (both a white and a red) are included, but you have the option to upgrade your wine selection.
Our maximum group size is 60 people, and our minimum group size ranges between 12-16 people, depending on the season. Our largest kitchen holds a maximum of 30 people. For 30-60 people, we will put you in two kitchens and in each case, the group will dine together in one kitchen.
