Join us for three one-hour demos celebrating the beauty of Korean cuisine. During this session you will explore the basics and indispensable staples of Korea’s culinary traditions from ubiquitous banchan to tofu specialties and fermented Jangs to traditional tea service and Korean confectionery — all of which you will sample and all of which are integral parts of Korean culture.
