Olive Oil Sensory Workshop with the California Olive Oil Council

Everything that you should and want to know about olive oil will be covered in this 1.5-hour workshop led by Patricia Darragh, executive director of the California Olive Oil Council (COOC). We’ll take a look at harvesting, milling and olive oil production; discuss terms, proper storage and labeling; and you’ll learn how to properly taste olive oil.
