Neo-Neapolitan Pizza with Pizzana’s Daniele Uditi

Daniele Uditi is the master pizzaiolo and chef at Pizzana, a modern style or “Neo-Neaopolitan” pizzeria with a location in Brentwood and forthcoming restaurant in West Hollywood. At Pizzana, Daniele shares his distinct interpretation of a Naples classic with a menu that finds inspiration from the local Los Angeles markets, as well as the traditions of his native Italy. In this special presentation, Daniele will share details of that journey that led him to the opening of Pizzana in 2017 as students watch him prepare his Neo-Neapolitan pizza informed by his upbringing in Naples.
