Also a TV personality and cookbook author, Antonia is loyal to her audience and instincts. Her career took off at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago and progressed through various high-profile kitchens in Los Angeles, as well as Antonia Lofaso Catering. She combines the techniques her culinary mentors passed on with her personality in appearances on shows such as "Top Chef," CNBC’s "Restaurant Startup," "Cutthroat Kitchen," "Iron Chef America," "Best Thing I Ever Ate" and Food Network’s “Guy's Grocery Games.” Antonia also has a chef wear line called CHEFLETICS, which incorporates fashion, technology, comfort and design.
