Students will hone their presentation and plating skills during this three-hour, three-course tasting menu workshop centered on vegetables.

Triniti chef and co-owner Joseph Geiskopf (formerly of NOMA, The Vintage Cave, and most recently, the chef de cuisine at Destroyer) will lead the class to create the most popular dishes from the restaurant’s menu. Participants will artfully prepare roasted avocado, herb salad, and roasted potatoes with skordalia, farm greens and poached egg.
