Join us to celebrate California's bountiful ingredients. During this three-hour session, we'll explore growing, harvesting and production processes while sampling olive oil, apricots and sea urchin from the Golden State. The event culminates with Chef Anthony Florian, of San Francisco's Seven Hills, showcasing these fine ingredients in a handmade pasta dish, which he'll demonstrate preparing.
