The Basque chef was born in Barcelona and specializes in Spanish cuisine. He was a chef de partie at the iconic El Bulli, worked on Jose Andres' West Coast restaurants for five years and opened Somni in Beverly Hills in 2018. There he was chef and creative director, earning Eater's 2018 Chef of the Year. He'll share his career path, culinary voice and dish development process.
