Born and raised in Southern California, Michael Acuna found his passion for cooking and having others enjoy his meals at a young age. In high school, he joined the Culinary Academy and from that moment on, he solidified his career path. Being in the kitchen is where he felt he belonged. After graduating from culinary school, he pursued his career in culinary arts. Now, as part of the admissions team at ICE, he is able to help students pursue the path to follow their dreams in the culinary industry.
