Free Virtual Cooking Class: Thanksgiving Dinner

Join the Institute of Culinary Education for a free, virtual cooking class all about Thanksgiving Dinner on Monday, November 20. Cooking for the holidays can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be! Watch or cook along with Chef Sue Gonsalves as she prepares Cast-Iron Skillet Cornbread, Cider-Braised Brussels Sprouts, Truffle Butter Turkey Breast and Gravy. The class will begin at 6:30pm ET and run for about 90 minutes. A link to download the recipe packet and ingredient list will be available in the registration confirmation email. For those who can’t attend live, a recording of the lesson will be available to registered participants following the class.
