FREE Virtual Baking Class

Join the Institute of Culinary Education for a free, virtual baking class all about using alternative flours on Tuesday, March 12. This is a great way to experiment with gluten-free options, add new flavors to your favorite baked goods and have a direct line to a professional chef to ask questions while you bake. Watch or cook along with Chef Chayanin Pornsriniyom as she demonstrates Chocolate Chip Cookies using oat flour and Carrot Cake Muffins incorporating buckwheat flour. The class will begin at 6:30pm ET and run for about 90 minutes. A link to download the recipe packet and ingredient list will be available in the registration confirmation email.
