The Culinary Arts program consists of 650 instructional hours. Students are in the classroom for 440 hours and on their externships for 210 hours acquiring real-world experience in the culinary field.
To provide the utmost flexibility, we run many different schedule options for our Culinary Arts diploma, including morning, afternoon and evening schedules. Choose from schedules that meet three or five times a week.
2018 Schedule Options (Los Angeles Campus)
Morning (8 months)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-11:30am Cost: $21,360 Starts: 4/12
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-11:30am Cost: $29,360 Starts: 5/22
Afternoon (8 months)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 12pm-4pm Cost: $29,360 Starts: TBD
Evenings (12 months)
Hours: Tue, Wed, Thur, 6pm-10pm Cost: $29,360 Starts: 5/22
Tuition includes: all food, uniforms, books, knives, tools, Wine Essentials series, Meet the Culinary Entrpreneurs lecture series, registration fee and all applicable taxes.
Combine Business and Culinary Expertise to Accelerate Success
Enrolling in our Restaurant & Culinary Management program in addition to either the Culinary Arts or Pastry & Baking Arts programs gives you the opportunity to “double major” and gain two diplomas, bringing you knowledge and expertise in both while offering valuable tuition incentives.
The ICE Double Diploma program offers you the option to efficiently develop your culinary skills and earning potential, offering a savings of 10% on the Culinary Management program when combined with a Culinary Arts or Pastry & Baking Arts program.
