At ICE's Natural Gourmet Center, we teach a mainly plant-based curriculum but also recognize that a health-supportive diet may contain small amounts of high quality meat for some. As detriments of consuming a diet high in processed and poor-quality meat have been extensively documented, we ensure that all meat sourced at Natural Gourmet Institute meets the strict guidelines listed below.
