With more flexible scheduling, students who want to learn more about owning and operating a food business without leaving a day job will be able to do so.
The new class will meet on Saturdays and Sundays and the students will cover topics ranging from developing a concept, finding a location, marketing, budgeting and more, all while developing a final business plan for his or her own food business. The program is designed to help students find success in their chosen career path, whether it is opening a bakery or managing a four-star restaurant. It’s an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to begin a new career!
