ICC alumni are not just in the kitchen, they’re also on bookshelves! With 80 published books from 40+ alumni, the ICC library had a unique collection of over 5,000 books and 100+ DVDs, including rare antique cookbooks, out-of-print recipes and footage of guest chef demonstrations that could not be seen anywhere else.
