At our Open House, experience live cooking demonstrations with our chef instructors and tour the teaching kitchens, culinary labs and classrooms at our brand new facility at Brookfield Place in New York City. You’ll also have the chance to meet with our admissions and financial aid staff and to hear about the diverse hospitality and culinary career paths open to culinary school graduates.

This panel, led by ICE President Rick Smilow, features insight from such industry experts as Maureen Drum Fagin (ICE's Director of Career Services), Stephen Zagor (Dean of Culinary Business and Management Studies) and successful ICE alumni. Guests will also receive a copy of Smilow's acclaimed book, Culinary Careers: How to Get Your Dream Job in Food.
