Payard’s latest book, Payard Desserts features recipes he has been developing over the past twenty years. The recipes are works of art each in their own and will be sure to intice you with innovative and surprising flavor combinations.
In this special evening Francois will demonstrate one of Payard’s popular desserts, Rice Crispies with Milk Chocolate and Crispy Chocolate Phyllo. Guests will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine while they listen andwatch this amazing dessert created. The demonstration and tasting will be followed by a book signing. Francois Payard is the former pastry chef at Le Bernardin and Restaurant Daniel. He owns and operates the pastry shop Payard, which has locations in New York, Las Vegas, Japan and Korea. François is also the author of the popular cookbooks Bite Size: Elegant Recipes for Entertaining, Simply Sensational Desserts and Chocolate Epiphany: Exceptional Cookies, Cakes, and Confections for Everyone. His fourth book, Payard Desserts will be available October 29, 2013.
