Ice pops, ice cream sandwiches and parfaits: what can be cooler than a frozen dessert? In this class with Chef-Instructor Cara Tannenbaum, you will fill your freezer with such sweet treats as: Limoncello Granita; Cantaloupe Granita; Green Tea and Kiwi Ice Pops; Watermelon-Mint Sorbet; Salted Caramel Vanilla Bean Sundaes; Double Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches; Espresso Gelato; Individual Baked Alaska. You will also learn to make from-scratch waffle cones, traditional ice cream bombe, and summery parfaits.
