Join Liz Thorpe, owner of The People's Cheese and former vice president of Murray's Cheese, co-author of The Murray's Cheese Handbook, and author of The Cheese Chronicles, as you taste your way through the six basic styles of cheese while learning about their historical origins, typical flavor profiles, and storage and pairing tips. Wines are provided for sipping, but prepare to be all about cheese!
