The “Breaking the ICE” series of panel discussions are aimed at helping you advance in the culinary industry, while gaining insight from today's leading chefs and entrepreneurs. Discover how they rose up the ranks, and what decisions made the largest impact on their professional lives. Find out what sort of expectations chefs have for new back- and front-of-house employees. Each panel discussion with have presenters from both the culinary and pastry professions, representing a different area of expertise in the culinary industry. Afterward, chefs will have time for a Q&A with students and grads. This event is FREE for students and alumni.
