Maison Premiere, an Oyster House and Cocktail Den, is inspired by the hotel lobbies of days gone by, afternoons in Paris cafes, late night dinners in the world’s best culinary cities: New York, Paris and New Orleans. ICE alum Chef Lisa Giffen offers guests of Maison Premiere over 30 different varieties of oysters nightly to enjoy alongside the largest collection of premium Absinthes in New York City. During Lisa’s demonstration, you will learn how to pair bivalves and beverages, while enjoying a taste of East and West coast raw oysters, and sips of contemporary and classic absinthe-based cocktails.
