Wine Enthusiast Magazine highlights ICE's new 10-week wine program with Union Square Hospitality Group.
"Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) is making its internal wine training program available to the public at the Institute of Culinary Education. Led by John Ragan, USHG’s Wine Director and Master Sommelier, this is the same program that the group’s sommeliers have undergone. The 10-week course costs $1,750 and begins in March."
