Several students from ICE's extended campus in St. Petersberg Russia traveled across the world to visit ICE's campus in New York City. Here, they sat in on professinal demonstrations, lectures from some of ICE's lead instrucotrs and toured New York City's restaurant scene, learning the food world from an international standpoint.
“ICE is a very interesting and specific establishment,” said Dmitry Ivanov. “Its teachers told us about restaurant business management in the U.S. and we also shared our experience. To better understand the way business is conducted in the city, we had meetings in restaurants and bars where managers answered all our questions. It was a very interesting way to learn new methods for developing business in Russia.”
