The North Jersey Bergen County online publicatoin "Boozy Burbs" highlights the Jets Tailgating Cooking School taking place Saturday November, 2 at MetLife Stadium.
"This Saturday marks the final visit to MetLife Stadium for Institute of Culinary Education’s (ICE) New York Jets Cooking School for this season. This weekend they bring “Jets Fans Tailgate Favorites” with a curriculum of New Orleans cuisine. On the day’s menu: Cider Braised Baby-Back Ribs, Grilled Chicken Andouille Jambalaya, Smoked Duck Breast Po’Boy and New Orleans Style Grilled Bread Pudding."
