"The Institute of Culinary Education on West 23rd Street is shipping its know-how to St. Petersburg, Russia. The cooking school recently formed a joint venture to open Hospitality Business School SwissAm in the motherland, with partners Dve Palochki—a restaurant company with about 40 Pan-Asian eateries in St. Petersburg and Moscow—and the International Hotel Management Institute of Lucerne, Switzerland. It will be the first of its kind, according to Dve Palochki, which translates to "two chopsticks.""
