New Yorkers can’t get enough of the ever-growing beer scene in New York City, especially when it comes to homemade craft brews. Luckily, the Institute of Culinary Education is at the forefront of this trend by hosting special classes and events to both for tasting new varietals and learning to brew beer at home. The next class is an evening with Rob Tod, founder of Allagash Brewing Company. Rob will hold an information session as well as a tasting for ICE students and the general public on his own unique production of Belgian-style craft ales in this special lecture and class.
