Food & Wine releases exclusive photos of ICE's brand-new facility in Lower Manhattan in Brookfield Place. These never before seen photos showcase ICE's brand-new teaching kitchens including the nation's first bean-to-bar Chocolate Lab, as well as ICE's Mixology Center and Culinary Technology Lab, which houses equipment like a vertical rotisserie, plancha, hearth oven, tandoor oven and more.
