Crain's New York Business features ICE and USHG's first collaborative wine program on the eve of it's premier launch.
"'Understanding Wine,' begins on March 25. Union Square Hospitality Group’s James Beard Award-winning wine director John Ragan will teach the class in partnership with the Institute of Culinary Education. Mr. Ragan is one of just three people in the world who holds a master sommelier title and James Beard Award for Outstanding Wine Service, according to Union Square Hospitality Group. The course will also feature guest speakers, including winemakers, grape growers and other oenophiles at the company."
