She fondly remembers her time at ICE, saying, “ICE has supplied me with constant support as I created my business from scratch. It has also been a great venue for hiring employees and has helped me stay in touch with other professionals in the industry. It was the perfect place for me to change careers from fashion to food.” The nurturing team at ICE helped her find her culinary voice — “I love the sense of community that exists in ICE. The teachers were both very professional and nurturing at the same time.”
