Prior to studying at ICE, Jim Nawn graduated with an MBA from Boston College. He completed both the ICE Culinary Arts and Culinary Mangement programs in 2011 to follow his culinary dreams. He completed his externship at Veritas and was a Panera Bread franchisee before opening Agricola, a new restaurant in Princeton, NJ. After only being open for four months, the restaurant was already in NJ Monthly’s Top 25 Restaurants of New Jersey. Of his time at ICE, Nawn speaks highly of the ICE programs’ immersion into the industry, saying “ICE supported my transition to a full-service concept of my own creation and operation.”
