The school has been showcased on national TV shows including Top Chef, Celebrity Apprentice, Hell’s Kitchen, Today, Chopped, Dr. Oz, Rachael vs. Guy Celebrity Cook-Off, Throwdown! With Bobby Flay and many others. With Chef-Instructors, Alumni and Students in nearly every specialty the school makes it easy to spotlight it's various talent and top-notch facilities.

ICE Alum Gail Simmons is a judge on Bravo's Emmy Award–winning series Top Chef and Top Chef Masters. She is also the host of Top Chef: Just Desserts. Gail has been with Food & Wine since 2004, handling special projects.

ICE played a starring role in the season premiere of NBC's Celebrity Apprentice! Pictured here are contestants Herschel Walker, Scott Hamilton and Dennis Rodman receiving instruction from ICE Pastry & Baking Arts Chef Instructor Michelle Tampakis.


ICE Chef Instructor James Briscione was featured and won on Food Network's Chopped. Chef Briscione won the grand prize of $10,000 and was invited back to compete in Chopped Champions. 

ICE Alum Marc Murphy is frequently a judge on Food Network's Chopped.
