Job Placement & Career Services

We're proud to present a wide range of job opportunities from our community for each ICE graduate. From our Career Services staff to our alumni network, the ICE community extends far beyond your classroom. 

Tailor your education to your interest areas and career goals by spending 210 hands-on hours (200 in Hospitality Management) in the most acclaimed restaurants, hotels, catering companies, pastry shops, and corporate food service venues.Each ICE student is assigned a Career Services advisor who works with you from day one through externship and beyond. Our Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts and Hospitality Management programs put your training into practice with an externship in the field. This is an opportunity to tailor your education to your personal interests and culinary career goals. Students spend 210 hands-on hours (200 in Hospitality Management) at the industry’s most acclaimed restaurants, hotels, catering companies, pastry shops and corporate food service venues. ICE placed 509 externs in 292 establishments across the country in 2015—a range of work experiences as diverse as our student body.
