The Culinary Arts program consists of 650 instructional hours. Students are in the classroom for 440 hours and on their externships for 210 hours acquiring real-world experience in the culinary field.
To provide the utmost flexibility, we run many different schedule options for our Culinary Arts diploma, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend schedules. Choose from schedules that meet two, three, or four times a week.
Morning (8 months)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm Cost: $39,950.00 Starts: 3/2, 5/26, 6/26, 8/10
Afternoon (8 months)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 1pm-5pm Cost: $39,950.00 Starts: 5/1, 6/15, 8/3
Evenings (12 months)
Hours: Tue, Wed, Th, 6pm-10 pm Cost: $35,840.00 Starts: 3/12, 6/30
Intensive (7 months)
Hours: Mon, Tue, Th, Fri, 8:30am-5pm Cost: $39,950.00 Starts: 4/13, 7/30
Weekend (10 months)
Hours: Sat-Sun, 9am-5pm Cost: $35,840.00 Starts: 5/30
Hybrid (10 months)
Hours: Wed-Thurs, 6-10pm; Sun 9am-5pm Cost: $35,840.00 Starts: 8/19
Tuition includes: all food, uniforms, books, knives, culinary tool kit, Wine Essentials Series, electives, application fee, and all applicable taxes.
Combine Business and Culinary Expertise to Accelerate Success
Enrolling in our Culinary Management program in addition to either the Culinary Arts or Pastry & Baking Arts programs gives you the opportunity to “double major” and gain two diplomas, bringing you knowledge and expertise in both while offering valuable tuition incentives.
The ICE Double Diploma program offers you the option to efficiently develop your culinary skills and earning potential, offering a savings of 10% on the Culinary Management or Hospitality Management programs when combined with a Culinary Arts or Pastry & Baking Arts program.
