A native of North Dakota, Chef Nancy Olson was raised on a farm and began making jams and baking treats from a young age. After graduating from the CIA, Nancy began building an impressive resume at Aureole, Couley, Django, Dona and the Waldorf Astoria. In 2006 she started as the Pastry Chef of Gramercy Tavern, where her childhood love of farm-fresh ingredients is expressed in soulful and elegant confections.
