Combining old-world artisanal baking methodologies and new-world business philosophy, Hot Bread Kitchen creates delicious multi-ethnic breads. Their flavors, such as spiced Armenian Lavash Crackers, stone-ground Heritage Corn Tortillas, and Persian Nan flatbreads, are inspired by their foreign- born and low-income employees, are made using the finest of local and organic ingredients, and based on the mission to build economic security within the bakery’s community.
