Get a rare close-up look at Jean-Georges, one of New York's most highly regarded French restaurants and the crown jewel in Chef Jean George's culinary empire. Under Mark Lapico, the restaurant's executive chef (who started as a line cook), the restaurant received four stars from the "New York Times"---its highest ranking. It also received a three-star rating by the Michelin Guide every year since that guide was published in the the U.S. Its seasonal menu speaks to both local ingredients and a unique blend of French, American, and Asian cuisines. Your on-location trip features a cooking demo, a tour of the kitchen, and a three-course lunch with a glass of wine. This class meets at 4pm at Jean-Georges, Trump Hotel Central Park, 1 Central Park West, Manhattan.
