Chef Travis Swikard started working in kitchens at only 15 years old, where he ran a San Diego sushi bar while still attending High School. After completing culinary school, Chef Travis joined the crew of Auberge du Lac in England. Upon returning to the States, he immediately pursued a job working for his culinary icon, Chef Daniel Boulud. He worked his way up the ranks of Café Boulud and was tapped for the opening team of Boulud Sud. He is currently the Executive Chef of the renowned Mediterranean themed restaurant, which specializes in seasonal and shareable dishes. Come sample tastes of New York's best fine dining.
