Join Chef-Instructor James Briscione as he walks you through 4-star knife skills and presentation techniques that, with a little practice, you can easily replicate for your next dinner party. Dishes will include Watermelon and Crab Salad with Avocado and Curry Cream; Morel Crusted Sole, Peas, Pickled Onion and Bacon; Chicken Two Ways with Cauliflower Mousse; Pan Roasted Venison, Maitake Mushrooms, Butternut Squash, Mache and Pear Vinaigrette; and Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Baby Vegetables and Spinach Puree.
