NY1 Explores ICE's New Location in Lower Manhattan

NY1 visits ICE's brand-new location in Lower Manhattan. Chef instructors James Briscione and Chad Pagano and culinary management instructor Steve Zagor discuss the facility's new features like the nation's first bean-to-bar chocolate lab, teaching kitchens with french tops and induction, a culinary technology lab with a tandoor oven, vertical rotisserie and more and even a hydroponic garden opening in the fall that will supply the school with hundreds of pounds of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs.
